I have no excuses for not checking on my blog and for not adding new information. The summer got away from me while I was not looking. I have now put it in my reminders so that my computer will slap me up side my head.
You might ask – well what did you do? And I would be hard pressed to tell you what all happened throughout the summer. It was a beautiful summer, cool and days full of sunshine. My 94 year old mother came and stayed a month with me and we spent a week traveling around Pure Michigan. She is so very delightful and we had fun.
During the summer one of our valued community members felt she had matured to the level that she could go out on her own and try some new things. She felt she was to the place where she understood what was necessary to stay safe, she had grown spiritually and felt the Lord was telling her to “go out.” This is our vision at CARE to help people heal, mature and find and fulfill their calling. Praise God that He continues to love and help us daily with fulfilling our calling. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age.” Matt. 18:18-20
thanks!
